  Terry's Texas Rangers Monument

Located at the DRT Log Cabin House Museum 1510 North MacGregor, Houston, TX

BEFORE

This was the condition of the monument as of June 15, 2004. 
Volunteers offered their help on Saturday June 26, 2004 to clean up the debris around the monument which obstructed it's view.

AFTER

The following people participated in the clean up of the monument.  The Daughters of the Republic of Texas presented a "Native Texan" t-shirt and a "San Jacinto Day" medal to each participant, as well as lunch.  Special thanks to all that participated.

The restoration was completed on 01-22-05. 

The area surrounding the monument has been cleared and the foundation has been repaired.
