This was the condition of the monument as of June 15, 2004. Volunteers offered their help on Saturday June 26, 2004 to clean up the debris around the monument which obstructed it's view. |

The restoration was completed on 01-22-05. The area surrounding the monument has been cleared and the foundation has been repaired.
